BACKGROUND
LoveLocal is an online platform that partners with local shops to deliver groceries, medicines, fruits and vegetables among other things to the customer’s doorstep. It wanted to popularize itself as a brand in the highly competitive digital space and prove itself as a consumer-friendly service. The brand wanted to prove itself as an alternative to e-commerce websites and empower local businesses, but at the same time, allow users the same convenience that comes from online shopping.

SOLUTION
Bell The Cat, after understanding the brand’s needs and its positioning, created content that fuelled people’s imagination. We devised ways to promote the brand without making it a wearisome market pitch. The idea was to do things differently. By producing stories of how people across cities and age-groups could made use of the app for a variety of reasons and occasions, we helped the brand create a niche for itself in the market. Our stories provide clear examples of why the app is the next cool thing in the digital space.



RESULTS
The stories we produced turned out to be fun-to-read and garnered user interest from the internet community. It brought limelight on the brand's various plus-points without being preachy.
